​Sometimes it is so easy to forget you are the absolute creator of anything that is happening to you and that ever happened to you. Or shall we rather say ... that happened through you, as you, from you. Yeah, a vicitm role can really hold us back, but it is nothing wrong with it as well, simply an experience, so no need to judge it. The real compassion includes everything, without exception. None. What so ever. You either love and accept yourself fully or you do not.
