Sometimes it is so easy to forget you are the absolute creator of anything that is happening to you and that ever happened to you. Or shall we rather say ... that happened through you, as you, from you. Yeah, a vicitm role can really hold us back, but it is nothing wrong with it as well, simply an experience, so no need to judge it. The real compassion includes everything, without exception. None. What so ever. You either love and accept yourself fully or you do not.

There is no middle ground, at least not for a long time, if you truly want to be joyfully free! Yes, indeed, the whole integration unfolds gradually and in the perfect time for each and everyone. So no hurrying necessary, no procrasting needed as well. Clarity and compassion are Self Love in expression. Accepting all that you are, also in everyone and everything aroud you, so to speak, is pure compassion. You are already perfect as you are - the human. And you are also much, much more than that!
